Purchasing

All purchasing must comply with the District Purchasing Handbook. To assist with meeting these requirements, the following is a list of approved vendors on New York State contract or other cooperative purchasing contracts and information on discounts and shipping. Be sure to list the contract number (PC..., Omnia..., etc.) on the requisition to obtain a discount.

If purchasing from Federal Grant funds, be sure to consult the Federal Funds Procedural Manual.
